Welcome to the Wissahickon! This historical building (was added to the National Register of Historical Places), was originally constructed in 1900 as a hotel, eventually converted into modern apartments, making sure to preserve the historical charm of the original exterior finishes.
When you walk in to one of our beautiful apartments, you are greeted by amazing high ceilings, modern appliances including a dishwasher, central air as well as a washer/dryer (additional fee may apply), large airy rooms with huge windows and an amazing large 150 sq/ft front patio (select units). In addition, you will find stainless steel appliances with all modern vinyl/hardwood flooring (select units).
The Wissahickon offers 1-3 bedroom floor plans with some loft style units ranging from 650 Sq/Ft (1 BR) to over 1,000 Sq/Ft (on our large 3 bedroom).
