     Property

    the apartment is nice but smaller than appears on the photos also the buildings are in need of interior maintenance - hole sin wall dust bunnies hanging from stair moldings and filthy carpets and smell of urine.. additionally even in renovated apartment they have not installed the GFI receptacles. One current tenant told me they ad not had any heat for 3 months!
