Property
A property that must have been beautiful--in the past. The pic of the front of the building is obviously from its better days. Now, both the apartment & building are being fixed up, albeit it seems with minimal investment -- but not renovated. It has lots of potential, and should be an ok place to live. But apart from a few basic repairs and some standard cleaning, they want tenants who will accept the place as-is. And what it is is a tired-looking, very lived-in, non-renovated apt & building. You have to decide if it's worth the asking rent. I decided not.
