This first floor apartment is located on the beautiful block of 20th & Locust just off Rittenhouse Square and is available for move in starting early July. The living area is very spacious with original (non-working) fireplace. Hardwoods floors are featured through out the apartment, along will tall ceilings in living and bedroom. The bedroom can easily fit a queen sized bed with space for a dresser and additional storage. Huge closet in hallway leading from living area to bedroom. The kitchen has updated appliances with full size fridge, dishwasher, and above the range microwave.
Residents responsible for electric. Phone laundry is located on the first floor. We are also pet friendly with non-refundable $250 fee.
