Rent & Fees - Monthly rent: $450 - Security deposit: $450 (Refundable, subject to lease terms) - Rent is due on the 1st/other agreed date of each month. - Late rent payments may incur a $50. **3. Utilities & Maintenance Responsibilities - **Utilities included: water, electricity - Tenants are expected to contribute to **weekly cleaning duties** in shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom). - Any damages beyond normal wear and tear are the tenant's financial responsibility. **4. Occupancy & Guest Policy - **Single occupancy only** no couples, children, or roommates. - **Overnight guests are discouraged** to maintain a quiet and respectful living environment. **5.
