The Village on University offers studios, 1 & 2-bedroom apartments, and townhomes in North Peoria, Illinois. We run eviction, credit, rental, employment, and criminal background checks. We require a combined household income of at least 3x rent, no collections out to other property managers or utility companies, no open bankruptcies, and no eviction judgments within the past 5 years.
