What is awesome about the location of Aqua Porta Apartments is that its only about 4 miles to the beach! And, its walking distance to Hellen Caro Elementary School and Jim Bailey Middle School! This is perfect, never having to be late or catch a bus... you can see and literally walk there. Some of our units have brown interiors such as brown cabinets and brownish flooring and other units have white cabinets with grayish flooring. Our rent prices are the best! It does not matter the location, upstairs or downstairs, the price is the same. Our price for a unit in a 4-Plex is $1049.00 + $50.00 for water, trash, sewer and lawn = $1099.00. Our duplexes are a tiny bit more but we rarely have those come available, but you can always ask! Security Deposits are only $1000! These units are in high demand. Right now there is a Wait List.
