Management
This review is not about the landlord or the manager but instead the leasing process. I scheduled a viewing of a two-bedroom apartment on their website. When I arrived at the leasing office, I was told there weren't any apartments available for viewing. I was also told the leasing process is to leave a $75 application fee and a $200 deposit. The $75 application fee is nonrefundable and if approved the $200 is used towards your first months' rent. I have NEVER rented or bought anything without seeing it first. And to add insult to injury they will show you an apartment a month before you move in BUT this might NOT be the apartment you will be moving into. This SCREAMS SCAM!!! If eleven people apply for an apartment only one will get the apartment therefore the leasing company has made an additional $825. I don't know but this seems illegal. I have done my part and made a report with the Better Business Bureau.
