We are a pet friendly community! Dogs, cats, and small caged animals are welcome. A maximum of two pets per home is allowed. A onetime non-refundable pet fee of $300 will be charged as well as a $10 per month pet rent for the first pet. For the second pet, a $200 non-refundable pet fee will be charged along with a $20 per month pet rent. Breed restrictions do apply for dogs. Restricted breeds include Wolf or Wolf Hybrids, Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terri
