If qualified then we will contact you to schedule a tour of the property. When prompted to enter payment information, please select submit payment offline. $25.00 application fee, $25.00 processing fee and $32.00 background check fee per applicant. Tours will be available ONLY to those who have filled out their application. Please drive by the apt building first before contacting us. Applicants must meet the following criteria and pass a background check: 1. Three months of paystubs or other proof of income 2. Six months or more job experience in Orlando 3. Minimum income requirement of $3250 a month. 4. No evictions within the past 10 years 5. Criminal records must contain no felony convictions for crimes involving violence, assault or battery, firearms, the illegal manufacture, or distribution of a controlled substance within the past seven years and no sexual offenses ever. 6. No pets allowed 7. No smoking inside the apartments 8. Funds due at move in are first month's rent of $1300 and security deposit of $1800.
