Criminal records must contain no felony convictions for crimes involving violence, assault or battery, firearms, the illegal manufacture, or distribution of a controlled substance within the past seven years and no sexual offenses ever. 6. No pets allowed 7. No smoking inside the apartments 8. Funds due at move in are first month's rent of $1100 and security deposit of $1600.
