This is a 55 & older shared housing community. 12 foot x 18 foot 1-bedroom suite wtih full bath and private patio/exterior entrance (Square footage includes private bathroom). This community offers 7 private suites. This entire home is 3780 square feet. Shared housing includes Living room, Kitchen and Laundry facilities, yard and shared covered patio. Lease includes Wi-fi and Cable. Utilities are shared with other occupants on a per person basis (water, garbage, sewer, electric and gas). All residents are professionally screened prior to approval. Current Residents will approve each applicant. $50 application fee.
