The common area has washer and dryer for laundry. This unit have forced air and forced heat. The landlord takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, water and gas. Pets are allowed, and dogs have a 30-pound weight limit. All animals will have a nonrefundable administrative fee of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional 25 per cat & $60 per dog per month. There can be no more than two animal per apartment. Tenants are responsible for electric.
