Located on the border of Folsom it has a view of the courtyard and park at the rear and direct access to the Black Miners Bar area of Lake Natoma. Water, sewer, trash, gas for cooking and heating are all included. Kitchen with dishwasher (except the small one bedroom unit) refrigerator, gas stove and microwave oven. On site laundry. Small Pets neg. with increased rent & deposit. Weekend and evening appointments available by appointment. Applicant Requirements: 1) Good credit rating; 2) Good landlord references; 3) Verifiable income of (2.5) times the monthly rent amount; and 4) Good income stability.
