Building Wi-Fi, Water/Trash and Lawn Care are included in the rental price with each unit responsible for electric utilities & renter's insurance. Lease terms are one-year, renewable. Monthly rental rate is $85.00 with a $850.00 security deposit along with a $50.00 application fee per applicant. Cats are accepted on case-by-case basis, and there is a $300.00 nonrefundable pet fee along with $25.00 monthly pet rent on approved pet.
