Water/trash and lawn care is provided, and each unit is responsible for electric utilities & renters insurance. Lease terms are one-year, renewable. Monthly rental rate is $1,250.00 with a $1,250.00 security deposit along with $50.00 application fee per applicant. One small pet (under 25 lbs) is accepted with certain restrictions and there is a $300.00 nonrefundable pet fee along with $25.00 monthly pet rent on approved pets.
