Clearly recently renovated, nice space! The kitchen and bedrooms are a little small. Disappointed that the kitchen does not have full-size standard appliances. Otherwise, it's a really nice space and I'm considering renting it.

Sam seems nice enough - friendly, if not super professional. Seemed to know a lot about the property and area.
