This contemporary and bright two-bedroom unit features hardwood floors throughout, quartz countertops, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a deck. Rent includes landscaping, while tenants are responsible for electricity and a fee of $50 per person for water, sewer, and garbage. There is a permitted parking lot available. Please note that household pets are not allowed; however, assistance and support animals are welcome with prior approval.
