We have twenty-two 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment homes. We have a 60% three-bedroom apartment available now and a 25% three bedroom opening in September. Pricing is determined by the apartment available and the program on that unit. Our tax credit apartments are offered at lower than market prices to households meeting our qualification guidelines. To qualify for our apartments, you must fall below the gross yearly income of: Income Guidelines: 60% Apt -$1525/month 25% Apt- $570/month Minimum to qualify $52,300 $19,543 Household of 1- below $48,180 $20,075 Household of 2- below $55,080 $22,950 Household of 3- below $61,980 $25,825 Household of 4- below $68,820 $28,675 Household of 5- below $74,340 $30,975 Household of 6- below $79,860 $33,275 In addition it is required you meet minimum income limits as well. These limits are determined by the price of an apartment. All applicants are subject to a credit check and a criminal background check and must provide satisfactory references from prior landlords. The total number of residents per apartment is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
