We are close to schools, public transportation, and the 5 and 605 freeways. We offer on-site laundry facilities, pet area, a sparkling pool, picnic and BBQ area, and a friendly on-site management and maintenance team! We are excited to introduce a brand-new feature in our Community, An Amazon HUB Locker, and EXCLUSIVE For our Residents only and Electrical Vehicle Charging stations, for electric vehicles. Our apartments feature a Gas Range, Gas Wall Furnace and Air Conditioning wall unit. Carpet or vinyl in the bedrooms. Water proof floor in the dining room, kitchen, living room and bathroom area. Utilities included consist of gas, water, trash and sewer. Our units are furnished with the Stove.
