     Management

    It was a surprise self guided tour. I had to go across the street, took a long time to get buzzed in, and then the elevator wasn’t working.

    The entrance was filthy, the elevator wasn’t working, the view from the apartment was dismal, and there was stuff piled up on the counter that didn’t belong there.
