Management
Their system allows you to make a virtual tour appointment on short notice (mine was set within the hour). This can be convenient but it can also create problems (the agent was giving a tour and didn't get a chance to return and process my appointment request in time, which was totally understandable). However, they were easy to reach and they did let me schedule another one a couple hours later and even allowed me to come in person instead. They were very helpful, professional, and flexible/understanding. I worked with AJ (and another lady I didn't get her name) and both of them made me feel comfortable about leasing there. It's now two days later and I'm getting ready to sign a 2 yr lease with them.
