Property
The unit and property was in really good condition despite being in need of some minor repairs and maintenance. The foyer/common entry way was a bit unkempt and had an unpleasant odor but overall I absolutely loved this property! Charming, adorable and much character!
Management
Israel is super attentive and focused. I could not have asked for a better agent! He responds to inquiries in a timely fashion and seemed to value my time just as much as his own. True professional!
