He was 20 minutes late, don't believe it was is fault, the text messages were terrible, confusing, made no sense so he wasn't aware we were even there on site. Once he came he was a very nice chap. Units had no storage, made for new couples not for those downsizing. No garage and no storage. And NO for Irvine Co,
