Some of the buildings were clearly older, and with cheaper finishes, in addition to a musty odor in one of the units. The units in the new building were nice, but there was a lot of wasted space in the layout, and they certainly charge quite a premium for them.

Nothing like the photos! They claim to have renovated the entire complex, but they just slapped another layer of paint on the walls. They make you look at the models inside the leasing office before you can see the real units, but the actual units look nothing like the models. There was so little care in painting the walls, there are thick drip marks all over. The heating units are old and rusted. The vents are full of dust and soot. They smell old and dingy. The countertops are a joke! It fiberboard with a sticker over it. The leasing staff is cold and have an attitude like you are bothering them, well mainly Danielle Kirkland who showed me the units. Also, the pool area is under construction. Oh and parking is going to cost you an extra $50/mo. After I left disappointed, I went to my doctor who’s office backs up across the street from the complex. She said there are cops there almost every day.
