The first floor has an open layout with a new quartz kitchen that looks right into the combo living and dining area. There is a large pass-through opening in the kitchen that ties these spaces all together. The kitchen comes with all newer stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher. This custom kitchen has white shaker cabinets, specialty glass, black matte hardware, subway tile backsplash, and even an exhaust vent to the exterior over the stove. A great example of an efficient designer kitchen. There are hardwood floors in the living room and enough space to make a cozy relaxing area and still have room for a dining table. One of the best parts of this property is that it's across the street from the newer Newington Junction Fastrak. Its convenient to never have to drive to work in Hartford or drive downtown for school (UConn) or a Yard Goats game. Save on gas and parking and most importantly save time. You are also about 5 minutes to the West Hartford line and everything West Hartford has to offer like West Farms Mall, Blue Back Square, WeHa center, and the popular Doro Marketplace.
