Management
Landlord and maintenance personnel seems very nice and polite. And they seemed very nice to the tenants walking by as we're the tenants. Very nice people.

A little high price for the sqft. Very nice appliances. The dry wall was something to be desired. The apartment manager was very nice and polite as was the maintenance personal. If you get the right apartment, the neighboring unit wont hear your loud t.v. or stereo.
