Brookchester's location offers an ideal commute to Manhattan as well as Northern New Jersey's major business centers, while its tranquil campus setting and luxurious apartments offer the perfect surroundings for relaxation. Pet Policy: We accept dogs under 45 lbs, no aggressive breeds. We accept cats. No more than 2 pets per apartment. One time non-refundable fee per dog $1000. One time non-refundable fee per cat $750. Pet Rent is $25/month (cat) or $50/month (dog).
