I liked many things here. New construction is a definite plus. Work out area is very nice. Very surprised to see they have bag courts. I find that awesome. Into that very much. My only concern here in each of the 2 bedroom layouts is the secondary bedrooms are larger than the master bedroom. WHY?? Found that to be ODD.. unfortunately it was a deciding factor to keep looking. I liked everything until I kept seeing the same layout.
