The person we met with was extremely helpful, allowed us to take photos and answered all of our questions.

This place is very nice. The units are spacious and they take good care of creating a community with all the tenants. The downside is the parking fee. Very expensive.

I do want to note that we are the only community in the immediate area that provides the option of covered parking in a private parking garage. The best part about this is that our monthly rates are still cheaper than what one would pay if they chose to park in one of the surrounding public parking garages on a monthly basis. Property overall is quiet and well kept. Since there is an amenity fee parking at this property should be free but it’s not. The gym is the best gym I’ve seen in any complex so far.

The bedrooms was a bit smaller than I expected. Also the appliances used aren’t appealing but overall the property is maintained and quiet.
