     Management

    They expected much more money then was stated. And required a household income of $100,000 / year

    Thank you for your review. Our 326 apartment homes are all different from on another. Our prices range from $1510 - $2850 and everything in-between. It sounds like you inquired about our newly remodeled 3 bedroom w/den and sunporch that is 1750 square feet. That's a very large home overlooking the river on the top floor. It rents for $2795 which is below-market average per square feet and does require a minimum $100,000 household income. The rent not to exceed 30% of income is pretty standard also. I hope this helps.
