In regards to the property, it was dismal at best. No washer/dryer and the place looked dumpy. Traffic is heavy and getting out is challenging

This was a waste of time. Advertised as 5 bedroom...its not...it two completely separate apartments. Not possible with kids. Maybe re-write the ad to be honest about what this property really is.
