     Management

    Was told the code would be emailed to me upon receiving my photo ID. Never got it. Agent would not answer phone. Finally after 35 minutes I was able to get up with her by calling the short term rental agent with the listing office. Got the code to be able to view the unit.

    Run down. Old and broken appliances. Water damage with crappy attempt to fix ceiling in living room. Whole unit needs to be painted. The carpet did look fairly new. See why unit has been vacant 4-6 months. Would not pay the asking rent price.
