Breed Restrictions: The following breeds are considered aggressive and will not be allowed on the premises: Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinchers, Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terriers or Bull Terriers), English Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Akitas, Bully Kutta, Tusa Inu, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canario's, and Shar-Peis. This is not an all-inclusive list; Landlord reserves the right to deny breed.
