     Property

    The apartment was freshly remodeled, very nicely done (hardwood floors, fresh paint, many windows, etc.), with a great amount of space, and a below-average price for a prime location a few blocks from the ocean.

     Management

    The landlord was very friendly, helpful, and quick/responsive to my phone calls and questions. I was quite impressed with her, and was ready to apply to live in the unit. However, I heard back that day from another landlord that my application to a unit on his property had been approved. I will keep this place in mind for the future, however - it was excellent, and the landlord was easy to work with!
