There is off street parking off the alley next to the house. This small two-bedroom house sits back in the alley behind 315 S. Minnesota. The yard is small since it is divided up with the large house in front. There is a small storage shed and off street parking area for at least two vehicles. Both bedrooms have nice size closets. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a small kitchen/dining/living area where there is a window AC unit in the living room. As of 1/14/2025 utility average is $113 Pet deposit would be $500, plus $25 per month per pet. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
