All requested documents must be uploaded correctly (ID, Proof of income from the last 3 months: Bank Statements or Paystubs) - Must Earn 2.5 times the rent (based on Net Income, not gross) - Must have no previous Evictions or Criminal Records (DUI, misdemeanors might be accepted based on our criteria) - $75 Non-refundable application fee per adult. SHOWINGS: Showings are open house style, usually lasting a maximum of 30 min from the scheduled time SCAMMING: We understand that you might be concerned with rental scamming as it can happen here in Florida. That is why we only accept online payments via ACH Bank Account or credit cards. By doing so you are protected from fraud, as you can always dispute any fraudulent charges paid digitally by disputing the charge directly through your bank.
