RENT PAYMENTS: Residents must pay rent through your resident online portal (set up after application is approved - link sent for deposit). Automatic checking ACH (free) or Credit Card (incurs fee). Utilities - Residents pay 100% of the XCEL metered per apartment. Residents pay 90% of the RealPage (RP) bill - Water, Trash and Gas (heat). RealPage is calculated on actual bills, in arrears. Gas & Water peak & valley. (Gas & Water calculated by # of days/month, # of occupants and apartment size). Average monthly RP bill ranges $45-$125/month per apt; depending on usage. Energy reports - contact energy companies directly. Electricity is Xcel. Natural Gas is Center Point. Parking - Assigned Parking ONLY - PERMIT PARKING; must register all vehicles that are assigned parking - Underground Heated Garage $75 / Gated Lot $45 per month Laundry Room - centrally located in building.
