This second floor studio apartment features exposed brick walls in both the kitchen and the living room area. It has two large closets, newer windows and hardwood floors throughout. The building is located in the beautiful Lowry Hill neighborhood in south Minneapolis, near the intersection of Franklin and Hennepin Avenues. Restaurants, entertainment, and shopping are mere blocks away on Franklin & Lyndale, and there are more shops and dining options further south on Hennepin. Lake of the Isles is a short 7 block walk away, with its connecting bike trails that lead around all four of the south Minneapolis city lakes - Isles, Bde Maka Ska, Cedar, and Harriet. It's easy to access the Midtown Greenway as well, running just south of Lake of the Isles. The Walker Art Center and Sculpture Garden are easy to reach, as well as beautiful Loring Park and Downtown Minneapolis. Laundry and extra storage are available on site. Heat, water, and garbage removal are included in rent. Tenant is only responsible for electricity and cooking gas. This is a non-smoking building. Rental History: The applicant(s) should have a positive past rental history or have previously owned a home (with mortgage in good standing). This includes no late rent payments, eviction actions, lease violations, or other negative housing history.
