     Property

    The garage in the the middle of being torn down, so there won’t be any indoor parking. Much smaller than the pictures indicate and the building looks a little run down. You have to pay $1.50 for laundry in quarters and the same for drying. Was told by a tenant that the dryer doesn’t work the first time, though, so you need to pay a total of $3.00 per load to just dry your clothes.

     Management

    The landlord helped me set up a walk through, but when I asked for a layout of the floor plan he never responded. At the scheduled time, I got a call asking if I was still doing the walkthrough, but he had told his assistant that we were touring a different property, so they weren’t even available. One of the tenants living there just let us look at their apartment. They told us communication with the landlord is sketchy, and it takes persistence for him to actually respond.
