Management
Initial meeting was amazing. Our agent was very polite and knowledgeable and had a lot of energy and excitement for the property. Her enthusiasm was contagious. She explained everything very well and helped us thru the application process answering any questions we may have had. (Note: easiest application ever, by the way.) Communication in regards to the status of the application could be better. Have to call for updates. I know other places have automatic updates throughout the whole process so you know what is going on rather than waiting and wondering. The only email we received was that our application had been submitted. Nothing else.
