     Property

Everything is new!!!! First time you use Everything!!! Rooms are small but perfect for only 1 person or a couple that's just starting out on there first apartment and doesn't have much stuff. Everything is included and on one bill makes paying bills convenient! Just a little pricey but well worth it for all of the amenities: gym, pool, on-site laundry facilities, community room and events, etc.

Families and pets fit right in thanks to plentiful green spaces, and getting around is easy via I‑91, I‑691, and the Wilbur Cross Parkway, with the CTrail Hartford Line at Meriden Station just minutes away.
