All are two bedroom two bathroom with newer carpet and paint. $35 app fee. Deposit and first months rent required at move in. Deposit starts at $350 and is dependent on credit and rental history. Quiet location in Whitehaven. Many of our residents have been with us for 5+ years! On the bus line and close to everything including freeway access, Graceland, schools and library. Each unit is 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with forced air heat. Each apartment comes with a stove and a refrigerator. Tenant is responsible for getting utilities (Electric, Gas.) Owner provides water and trash service. Property has a well maintained swimming pool for residents to enjoy. To apply, you must bring valid ID as well as 2 or more paystubs. Minimum income requirement is 2.5 times your rent. The application fee is $35 and we do credit and background screening. Evictions within the last year are not accepted. Bankruptcies may be accepted on a case by case basis however deposit may be adjusted accordingly.
