The Pinewood Apartments are located just a short distance from third street where there are several shops and restaurants to enjoy. It is within walking distance of Newby Elementary and Duniway Middle School. Our 2 bed 1 bath apartments are approximately 800 sq ft. with spacious kitchens and living rooms. We have a laundry room on site that is centrally located. We pay for utilities including water, sewer, and garbage. From the outside, the apartment appears small but most comment on how big they are on the inside. The complex is managed by the owners, where we take pride in making this a nice, clean, well maintained place to live.
