A kayak launch is available for tenant's use. Dockage in the spring on the river available for an additional $100/month. This unit features 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bathroom offering plenty of space. We are pet-friendly, so you don't have to worry about leaving your furry friend behind. 30 lbs max. $50 additional a month and a $250 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. 2 pets max. and up to date on shots, spayed/ neutered & licensed if applicable! The Marine City area is a great place to live! The town has a cozy, friendly atmosphere with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. The local schools are highly rated, providing excellent education for students of all ages and backgrounds. Residents can enjoy the nearby beaches and rivers, as well as a variety of museums and other attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues to explore in Marine City. With its close proximity to Detroit, there are countless opportunities for shopping, dining, and cultural experiences. Residents are responsible for all utilities- Electric, Gas, and $50 flat rate water/sewer/trash Viewings only scheduled for pre-screened applicants only. If applicant meets our pre-screening requirements, there is a non-refundable $35 background screening fee per each adult residing in the rental.
