We are next to Hiniker Pond. We start with a one year lease with automatic extension month to month. Application fee is $50. The water/trash fee is $30/mo. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Parking is in the lot and included in the rent.
We do not permit smoking anything in the apartments or outside on the patios or decks.
