Country Meadow is a modern apartment community located in Manhattan, Kansas. It is ideally situated just nine minutes north of downtown, ten minutes south of Tuttle Creek State Park, and four minutes from Kansas State University. Our community offers a variety of on-site amenities, including a clubhouse that residents can rent for parties and family gatherings, a swimming pool for those hot summer days, a children's playground, a basketball court, and multiple picnic areas equipped with charcoal grills, all set in a mature, park-like environment. Whether you choose a 2 or 3-bedroom apartment, each home features central heating and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with an oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, double-basin sink with a garbage disposal, and connections for a washer and dryer. Each apartment also features a private patio or balcony and is furnished with neutral decor, including carpet and vinyl flooring, as well as window coverings throughout. For residents' peace of mind, our management and maintenance staff are on-site Monday through Friday, with emergency maintenance available 24/7.
