Property
While advertised as a two bedroom, it is really a one bedroom with a bonus room. The size and configuration of the second "bedroom" really remove it from the realm of being a bedroom. With the right description this little unit is a cool funky beach house for the right renter.

Expect a temperate, ocean-cooled climate, wide sandy beaches, the iconic Manhattan Beach Pier and Roundhouse Aquarium, and miles of Strand bike path and walk streets in the Sand and Tree Sections. Downtown and Metlox Plaza buzz with coffee culture (Two Guns Espresso) and acclaimed dining (MB Post, Fishing With Dynamite, Love & Salt, The Arthur J), while Manhattan Village offers everyday shopping with Trader Joe’s, Gelson’s, and Ralphs nearby. Fitness is a lifestyle—beach volleyball, surfing, paddleboarding, Greenbelt jogging, classes at CorePower Yoga and SoulCycle—and green spaces like Polliwog Park, Sand Dune Park, and the local dog park keep it family- and pet-friendly.
