Townhouse Road Apartments - Conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood off of Brown Ave. - Townhouse Road is conveniently located off of Route 293 & Brown Avenue in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We pay for water, sewer and trash for everyone in the community. Heat is included with the rent for the apartments (not for the townhomes) Residents are responsible for the heat, electricity, hot water and cable. Each home comes with one assigned off-street parking space and access to our conveniently located laundry room with coin operated machines. Extra assigned parking is available for a monthly fee or our guest parking area can be used for extra vehicles. Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7 for emergencies and you'll enjoy a smoke-free atmosphere in our smoke-free buildings. We do not allow smoking in the buildings, on the balconies or within 15 feet of entrances, windows, doors and air-intake units. Our community is also pet friendly! We allow up to two indoor cats or small dogs under 50 pounds for an additional fee of $25 per month (some breed restrictions apply).
