We are family owned, not owned by a non-caring mega-landlord. We are conveniently located near New York State Thruway, route 17, and Garden State Parkway and walking distance to New York City bus and trains.
We are located in Mahwah, New Jersey and offer a park-like community among beautiful gardens, a pool, BBQ, and picnic area for our residents and limited guests. All of our apartments, furnished or unfurnished, offer beautiful amenities and pristine conditions. Also, all buildings even have water softeners! Cats allowed, no dogs.
